Traveling from the site of Cezanne's view of Mont Sainte-Victoire that he depicted in his paintings, there was bountiful beauty passing the small residences and farmhouses late springtime. I often found multipal blooms are larger than others, and easily grow wild. Their deep red petals and purple/black pistil stand eract protected by the dense greenery and gentle breezes through the landscape.
Depending on the contrasting light of day, the flowering white trees become mirror images with the billowy clouds.
A feast to one's sense of sight and scent is a Spring in Provence.
